The ARTCAM-400SX-USB3 is a vacuum-compatible, head-separated back-illuminated sCMOS camera equipped with the Gpixel GSENSE400BSI-PS sensor. It is ideal for direct measurement of EUV (extreme ultraviolet) and soft X-rays.
With a separated sensor board, this camera allows for easy vacuum integration, making it highly versatile for scientific and industrial applications.
Additionally, this camera is equipped with a Peltier induction connector, which facilitates vacuum cooling and ensures operational stability over an extended period.
The sCMOS sensor features high sensitivity with a quantum efficiency of over 90% in the 80–1000 eV energy range, along with a low noise level of 1.6e-rms. These characteristics enable precise and reliable measurements.
