The ARTCAM-487UV is an industrial ultraviolet camera that offers high sensitivity in the UV spectrum while delivering low-noise, high-quality imaging.
Ultraviolet (UV) light is a type of light with a shorter wavelength (10–400 nm) than visible light. This product is equipped with Sony Semiconductor Solutions' IMX487
CMOS sensor, which is optimized for industrial applications and supports wavelengths from 200 nm to 400 nm. The IMX487 features the industry's smallest 2.74 µm square pixels* and boasts the highest number of effective pixels* among 2/3-inch sensors in the industry.
This product is suitable for a wide range of applications, including semiconductor inspection, sorting of materials that are difficult to distinguish with visible light, inspection of fine surface defects and irregularities on components, infrastructure inspection, and life sciences.
